    I"m feeling pretty encouraged myself. I haven't weighed 220 anything since I was pregnant with my daughter and she's 16...it's crazy to imagine I'm going to get even smaller. Size 16 jeans seems like mission impossible just 2 months ago...now they are kinda loose. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Thank God it all worked out.
