One Week Post Op!

Well, got back from the 1 week follow-up today and everything is perfect! Down 15lbs from surgery and 55 since 4th of July!!! No pain, no nausea, getting 40-50g of Protein, and having no issues with liquids! My labs said everything is fine but i'm a little low on Vit D so I just stopped and grabbed some gummies. To Celebrate i'm going for a nice jog! Then off to Vegas tonight! ;)
