Getting Sleeved Tomorrow!

Hello all. I am new to this site, but was very vocal in my beginning stages with the band on lapbandtalk. I am having my surgery tomorrow morning by Dr. Zane at the Kaiser Harbor City medical office. I am both nervous and excited about starting my new journey. Who else has had their band removed and sleeved the same day. Anyone NOT have a pre op diet. All responses would be greatly appreciated!!

I've been banded for about 2 1/2 years. I am fortunate to have it all done in one surgery, granted there isn't too much scar tissue/ *fingers crossed*

I've was almost 2 yrs and I had alot of scar tissue but im very happy you get to get yours all at once i wish i could of cause i had lost almost 200 lbs but ive put over 20 lbs back on and i dont want to go up i want to go down! Good luck and please keep us posted praying for you :)

I had revision. Band removed and sleeve done on the same day. I'd had the lapband for slightly over 2 years. I asked the doctor if I had alot of scar tissue. She said no. I did have a two week pre-op diet.

Let us know how you're doing.

Thank you so much for the responses and positive vibes, I only had to do liquids 2 days before, and am also praying that there isn't a lot of scar tissue and that everything runs smoothly.
