Still Very Nauseated

Is it normal to still be nauseated 3 weeks post op? I had nausea bad at the beginning, then it seemed to subside. When I tried to transform to puréed foods, it started back up again, so I went back on liquids but I'm still very nauseated. It's hard getting my protein down. I can barely get anything down. I think I actually had my first dumping syndrome because I drank my protein drink right befit eating. I vommited and was nauseated the entire night and it hasnt stopped. I see my doctor on Wednesday and I'll ask, but wanted to know if anyone else deals with this? I'm on zofran for the nausea and it makes me so sleepy. I've been sleeping way too much.

I replied to your other thread *(best to do just one by the way).

I had nausea and felt generally ill that long. I nearly died from a leak. Don't wait to get to your doc Wed. Call them first thing in the morning.

Btw' date=' I've been feeling better all day today. I hoping that's a good thing. Thanks for helping. I'm still going to call my doctor.[/quote']
