I add it even to my instant (half an powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury scoop) you dont notice it and you get a boost of Protein easily.

I feel so sad I was not able to stand the taste of homemade pudding. The graininess made me sick. But I can eat pre made. Had to add my protein to other things
