Dizziness

Last night I tried something new my doc said I could have. Multigrain Melba toast. About 15 minutes after I ate that I got so dizzy I couldn't stand up and my eyes were going from side to side from the dizziness. Had to go to sleep. Do you think it was from the Melba toast or something else? Does anyone else have dizziness from time to time?

I agree you should call your doctor..... I know that I get dizzy from being dehydrated. Let us know what the dizziness is from....

Sounds like a nutrient deficiency? Hope your dr. does some blood tests!

I get a little dizzy in the morning sometimes - a mix of dizzy and shaky but once I drink some juice or a protein drink I am fine. It seems that for me, it's low blood sugar. I would still check with your Dr. however.
