Water

I have been getting enough water in me here lately. Is it ok to drink flavor water and do it count as our water intake?

I wanna say yes! You mean like with Crystal Light? My sister had bypass 7 years ago and she always said that that counts because after all it is water!

When I went in for my pre op class, my nutritionist said to include all clear liquids towards your liquid intake. I counted water of course, but then also clear protien drinks like isopure, vitamin water, powerade zero, propel, sobe lifewater, crystal light, and even broth. I plan on trying out TrueLemon, I heard is like a water with lemon, just like at the restaurant :P

I was overjoyed, because I knew I would get tired of plain water...So I went shopping...

Like MM said all liquids count except alcohol & possibly caffienated drinks

In addition to water, I use flavored powder mixes, iced T, iced coffee (decaf), even watermelon (yep it counts :P). And I use splenda (all are sugar-free), also, I like the s/f popsicles too.

Hope this helps you out :)
