Doxie- I'm glad you're okay!!

Falls can be bad :(

I stepped in a small hole while walking in my neighborhood, when I was at my highest weight, and fell so hard. I was hurt but so embarassed I got up and hobbled home. My entire body hurt for days!

Thank, lessofme. It was BAD!! I was in our garage with a dog. I was screaming for my hubby and crying. Dog was barking....def NOT one of my finer moments!!

I lost almost a shoe size after dropping 22 lbs and all of my dress shoes are much more comfortable. I have noticed that my feet don't look like sausages anymore. Not one of the largest benefits I anticipated from weight loss, but certainly noticed and appreciated. The exercise may have helped as much as the weight loss.

Hehe delta girl, its so funny that you say sausages; I always referred to my feet as my clogs lol

I felt like my feet looked like clog shoes!! :)
