  • Popular Post

My starting weight was 326 and today I finally saw 299!

My workout hasn't started yet, but when I do start this weight is going to shed like melted butter!

Excited!!!

  • Yaaa! Keep up the good work! You're doing terrific, girl!

  • Yaaa Debs! Congratulations to you too! That is fantastic! I hope the scale is kind to you! I know these milestones have the power to re-energize or frustrate, depending on the mood of the scale! 

Holly thank you soo much i really hope the scale changes the amazing motivation and encouragment i will get from entering twonderland will be TOTS AMAZE a slang for totally amazing we say here in london...jaunita yessssss i totally can not wait to see 299 as a thing of the past.

I love 'tots amaze!' I'm so excited for you! I have a feeling that by the time you read this, you'll be under 3! I know that I'm still in my 2-week post-op honeymoon phase, but to actually see the numbers go down every single time I step on the scale is a friggen glorious thing! I'm still in shock how I skipped over 250 (from 255.5 to 248) seemingly over-night! For years passing that notch on the old-fashioned doctor's scale alluded me week after week. Now I'm looking forward to going below 225. My lowest recent weight was 207 (Jenny Craig 2 years ago. Plateaued. Gained it back overnight. Started Pre-op at 278!), I will Celebrate getting below 200! Party like it's 1999! when I weigh 199!!

Hey Holly so i finally woke up this morning aftet that 2 week stall and i was 297!!! Officially in twonderland it was a mixed feeling of emotions like Tots amaze but another feeling on the flip side with regards to why and how i let myself go?? So thats give or take 40 ppunds off but i know i still have a long way as my ideal weight is 170lbs but ur story really inspires me and i know am not alone!! I did the cambridge diet anf lost some weight but it came back as soon as i started eating normally the only diffrence was that this weight came back with vengance and every spoonful of whatever i ate went straight to the scale!!! Your doing really well 2 weeks postop now...am proud of u!!!as you proceed you will find ur taste buds will change dramatically!!! I really dont find fastfood appealing anymore it makes me feel sick and i never ever thought i would say that! Lets just keep moving and i know in a few months we would have our lives back

Congrats....

Awesome job
