Before Pictures! Uugh

Just took before pics sleeve date is this Friday! Those pics made me sick to my stomach! Ill never get like this again.

    Just wait until you've lost enough weight to look at yourself in the mirror and see the difference. When you look at your "before" pics-- you truly cringe. It's a good thing though ;)

    you wont have to cry much longer after the sleeve you will be too busy being happy :) its great that you did before photos so you can compare them to the hot ones you will be taking soon enough!! best wishes cx
