Is Psyllium Husk Sleeve Safe?

I'm finding it remarkably difficult to get stool softeners here, and my low carb diet is making me constipated. Pre- sleeve I took Psyllium husk and it was very effective. However I know it swells up in the tum and I want to know if it is safe for sleevers. Anyone have experience/ knowledge of this?

I'm low carb and the best thing for me is miralax. I take 1tablespoon am/pm. Works like a charm.

I take 6 psyllium husks capsules per day. For me, I want natural relief and miralax, MOM or anything in that vein is too chemically. Psyllium is natural and does the trick. PLUS is reduces your cholesterol...what is better than that?
