At 1 month out what kind of veggies can we have?

I have found that I can only tolerate cooked vegetables. I tried a salad a month and a week out- bad idea. But I seem to handle any vegetable if it is cooked- whether it is steamed or boiled or in something. Hope that helps! I have read on here numerous times to wait 3 months until you eat anything raw.

Yup, pretty much any veggie ... as long as it is cooked.

Thank you. I'm going to make a veggie soup. Miss having veggies.

I am eating salad at 5 weeks out. Any cooked vegs ok, too. No problems, just chew thoroughly and get in your protein first...I do notice I get hungry quicker when I eat salad. Subway has a double chicken chopped salad where they shred your greens for you. Really good but it is at least 4 servings!
