Hi. I am scheduled for 2/28/13 with Dr Andrei in Livingston. He is terrific and the staff is excellent! Just had my EGD today. All good

Was testing out uploading pictures.

I'm in Central Jersey also....Manalapan.....my Dr. Is Dr. Doug Ewing from Advance Laproscopic.......

After removing the lapband bc of internal damage it caused bc it broke I was denied the sleeve....my bmi was too low. After the band was removed I gained the weight back and reached 35.2 BMI....the journey is not over bc my insurance UHC wants to see additional problems...my internist believes that with his letter and my six yr struggle I should get approved...but if I don't I too am considering MX.

Central Jersey here. Had my sleeve done at Centra State, Freehold. Nov 26th

Pre Op: 298lb / Surgery Day: 288lb / Week 1: 278lbs / Week 2: 267.5lbs

Good luck and God bless! I had a very good experience with Dr. Noyan - other than I was the last surgery of the day and hadn't eaten or drunk for two entire days! He is super supportive and very encouraging. I am very happy with how my sleeve turned out!

I find the support group helpful, just to be with others who understand what you are experiencing and to get questions answered. Good luck!

Hope all went well. Baby steps.

I had my sleeve at the jersey shore on the 20th- had my post-op appointment on dec. 26th. was down 10 pounds. I have friends who were down 15-20 but im ok with my 10 because i have less to loose then them. First week i could barely eat a thing- now week 2 all I want to do is eat. I am sticking to the plan, but nervous i will over eat already! every diet has failed, scared this will too.

I just heard sabina is gone!!! Do you know why??? I'm wondering do we need to find a new nutritionist, or will they replace her? I liked her soo much!
