Struggling To Get Fluid In

I am 6 days post-op and am really struggling to get the 64 ounces of Fluid in daily. I am just full all the time. I am getting about 40 ounces in, but definitely need that additional 24 ounces in.

Any suggestions from the veterans?

I don't consider myself a vet but can tell you I am 6 weeks out now and find it almost impossible to get in more than 40. If I wanted to get up several times a night and right now I consider my sleep more important, I could probably do it!

Congrats on being sleeved

at 6 days out, IMO drinking 40 oz is good

many people have trouble getting in there fluids this early in the game

continue to drink as much as your tummy allows, take small sips- your intake will improve

good luck
