I haven't, but it sounds good. Where can I buy them? I know I'm having a hard time getting in all my protein. I'm only 2 weeks out from surgery.

Actinase is a trademarked Protein blend. It is primarily collagen. Don't waste your money on it.

Before you write it off based on the opinion of someone else, read everything about it you can and ask your doctor... I think that the doctor would have a better idea if a collagen/whey/casein protein is acceptable...

Thanks.

Just FYI, it is not an opinion. The PDCAAS for collagen/gelatin is 0.08. Meaning if you consumed 100g of collagen protein your body could at best utilize 8g. And regretfully most doctors are not NUTs, and most NUTs do not specialize in supplemental Proteins.

I do absoloutly agree with reading and educating yourself. I think everybody in our situation should familiarize themselves with the PDCAAS & PER rating systems. Once you understand those and you know their really isn't but a few different proteins used in the supplement market you'll find that tge market is overrun with garbage, and with minimal knowlege they're easy to identify.
