Do you think it is a healthy thing to have one ( or many)? I keep thinking to myself " I dont really need to do that, but will i regret not doing it?"

Do you think if you didnt do it that you would be regretting it now?

No don't eat everything. You have spent your whole life eating everything, that is why you are here. Have a FUNERAL by just saying goodbye and good ridance; you don't have to eat it.

Food funeral is an understatement for what I did. I left mass food graves behind.

I don't think it really matters either way if you do or don't. I don't regret doing it. As a matter of fact by the time my surgery came around I was so sick of food in general I think it actually made it easier on me.

I didn't say goodbye to anything..I just said hello to a healthier way of eating. I am with OTR here. I really don't think it matters. Your surgery will prevent you from eating these things right off the bat, and if you do eat something you aren't suppose to you'll regret it physically and mentally. Anyway..if you feel the need to have one last hooray, go for it.

I was so busy closing on a new house I forgot to have my food funeral. Then the day we moved was the day I started my preop diet. I sure could have used a pizza that night, but I had a protein shake instead. But after surgery, it really didn't matter.

It was my way of saying its over. I ate my favorites, the sins. Not everything. I kept it under control so I didn't gAin weight over it. I was sick of it and have no desire. I had like 4-5 meals and 2-3 snack nights. In portions. Not enormous.
