I have big thighs if that's what you mean. My lower half is getting small. I have come to terms that I will prob never be a size 2-4. I have always carried my weight in my hips, legs, thighs, and @ss. It does go down, thank god, but I still have the same shape.

I could be that your legs are in one of those "first to grow, last to go" spots. Mine is my lower belly.
