Protein Bars

what is your opinion? im 7 weeks out protein bars as a meal replacement?

I eat them for breakfast with my coffee. Can't usually finish one, only eat half on most days.

Some energy bars are high in carbs. If it's low carb under 22 and high in protien 20g it would be fine. I do five small meals a day three are bars that have13g carbs and 11g protein in each. JUst remember 60g protein a day and try to keep daily carbs around 65g calories around 600 and you'll peel off the weight.

They are fine occasionally or in a pinch, but they do tend to be high calorie for the amount of protein they deliver.
