Hi there you guys. How nice to see some South African sleevers here.. :-) i had surgery on the 28th of Sept 2013. I have lost 16kg before surgery and 18kg since surgery.Total lost 34kg.Im a work in progress, still quite a lot to loose. I would love to hit the 99kg mark before January 1st 2014.

Wish you guys all the best and success on your journey.

Lots of love

Howzit guys, I'm a South African (living in the UK.. Does that still count?) I was sleeved on 16 February and have lost 53.3kgs.. I still have a lot to go.. Halfway there! How lovely to have other South Africans to chit chat too!! My dad is making peppermint crisp pudding for his Christmas dinner-I was like that's serious torture dad!! On the plus side I love my biltong, always have it handy for a protein fix :)
