What Do You Use In Your Protein Shakes?

Hi all, I am just about about to start mixing up my own shakes but wondering what to use?

Milk, Water, ice or yogurt! I stopped drinking them cause I couldn't stand the taste, but got to find a way to get in the Protein, cause I've been trying to get in with food and its not doing the job!

If the powder doesn't work ill be making a trip to costco cause I hear the that they are great!

Thanks

I use lit n fit yogurt n a few pieces of fruit n ice along with protein powder.

  • I add a tsp of sugar free, fat free instant pudding to mine. The taste is wonderful. Especially the lemon, banana cream ! Yummy. I'm on day 4 of 14

There was an awesome recipe on here the other day. I made it today and I loved it. Tastes just like a yogurt smoothie. 1 cup of skim milk. 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (fat free) and a few drops of mio or a little bit of crystal light. Put everything in a shaker cup...shake and enjoy! 21gms of protein in 400mls (1 serving)

I find that I really like using the soy milk, I use only 1 cup and a scoop of body fortress Protein powder, I find I like the chocolate better then anything...

I find the milk is more filling and seems to keep me full, and when I feel that I need more Water I mix my powders with water it doesn't actually taste that bad, to make it kind of like a shake I mix in ice and a bit of plain fat free yogurt!

It seems to be working as I was stuck in a stall for almost a month and just since then I've lost like 6 pounds!

It's hard to say what your gunna like I've also just tried plain yogurt with slice canned peaches packed in water and that tasted amazing as well!

I just keep trying new things as sometimes I like them and sometimes I don't, it's frustrating to see how much money I spend and not like what I bought, it's a good thing I have friends and family who like getting the stuff I don't like! :)
