  • I'm on day 8 of the liquid diet. Surgery is Oct. 8! I wish my family was more supportive. They eat around me all the time and it's SO hard, but I'm sticking to the liquid diet.

  • I am on my first day. I am not hunger but the taste of a salad was awesome. I am in the parking lot at the supermarket on my 2nd Popsicle !!

What kind do you take so scrared vomit

Hi ladies! I just read this thread & congrats on making it thru the pre-op diet. You gals entertained me!! :-) great attitudes.

Char-char. Try adding miralax to your daily routine. I split mine up between am/pm and it's kept me regular for the past 2 months. Adjust your dosage according to how your body needs. Make sure you get in your liquids. You can take a laxative for constipation but those can be brutal. It's best just not to get in that condition in the first place. I know, easier said that done!!

Good luck! It only gets better!
