I don't know if it's a stage that everyone goes through but I'm regretting doing my VSG I'm so scared my stomach will leak the Vitamins taste so bad and so complicated to take I can not stand the Protein shakes I'm 4 weeks out I'm not losing much weight I'm gassy, hungry, and constipated my sense of smell has been heightened I have been eating chicken and salmon and yogurt to get more protein I'm sooooo regretting having the sleeve done i hope its just a phase I hope I found someone who can relate and not discouraging anyone from pursuing the VSG I'm just looking for support

I recently went to a facility for and MRI after sharing all my medical history for into the machine felt a burning sensation on my back ask them to stop now it been 3 days and my back still hurt and burns can anyone tell me what's happening? I'm 6 months post op

I don't know what else to so afraid to eat something new I'm only eating Chiken ,fish, chicken soups, broccoli, eggs, turkey what else? Have no pain feel fine still can take 64 oz of liquid a day but trying what else?

I'm 10 days out post op I've been doing so well I'm healing nicely take vitamins following instructions but so ungrrrrry what else can eat beside protein and water? Someone tell me please

Day 4 back at home finally I feel fine no pain no nausea I be been drinking liquids mainly water and isopure plus liquid protein I find it easier to drink from a small tea cup than from a water bottle because you still swallow air but a small tea cup feels like if you we're drinking tea or coffee
