Traveling & Still On Liquids

I'll be flying to AZ for a trade show this weekend and I'm still on liquids... What can I eat when I'm out traveling? I can't carry my yogurt, protein shakes and soups with me. In afraid of foods that are to high in sodium and fat.

Any suggestions?

Hi!

Think you should try to stay as close to your normal diet (normal liquid diet that is) as possible. You should be able to get soup and lowfat yogurt wherever you are staying. I would however either take a good supply of protein shakes/powder or make a trip to the grocery store when you get there. I've packed the Premier boxes in my checked luggage before. Powder packs easily.

Good luck!

I think you can bring it with you. Definitely the protein, buy yogurt and soups when you get there. This is now your life so you have to be able figure out how it will work for you. You can do this, no worries.
