Incisions!

Hello all my post oppers;) had my pre op appt and my dr gave me the option of how I would like my incisions covered after surgery. So what's your experince. My options are gauze covered with tegederm ( a clear dressing) or the glue dermabond so what's your experience?

HATE the glue!!! I had staples for my sleeve. They were taken out before i left the hospital. Beautiful.

Had glue for gallbladder. Messy' date=' itchy, red, and incisions aren't healing as well or as pretty. :([/quote']

Try a little bit if alcohol around the incision for the itchy.....seemed to help me.
