Can't Sleep, Surgery Tomorrow 9/22

Laying in bed, can't sleep. Excited about tomorrow.

Survived clear liquids diet today, that was rough. hoping that I wont be in too much pain after. And hoping that I wake up from the surgery. Knock on wood.

Just think possitive.you will be fine.im 2 days post op and feeling good.just gas pain but its fine.th surgery was much better than I expected so far anyway .good luck to you.

Good luck during and after your surgery. I remember having very similar thoughts as you. Weeks before the surgery I was totally cool with "the decision", but days before they surgery, I started to get more and more excited. Like I was a kid going to disneyland for the first time or day before Christmas. I think it was my body's and mind's coping mechanism. All I can say is that the whole experience was totally worth it.

Had surgery, have some gas pains. This was tougher than I thought it was going to be. But now feeling better after getting some water and broth.

What really help: biotene for dry mouth, walking and to pee put my tounge on top of roof of mouth. Someone mentioned that on the forums here.

Thanks all for the replies.

I know what u mean, it was harder than I thought it was going to be too.!!
