Pre Op Meeting

Found out today at my pre op app that I have h pylori. Anyone else out there find out they had this after their endo???

    I just found out about ten minutes ago. I have to go on a couple antibiotics and Prilosec for a couple weeks then follow up with the GI doc. Grrrrrr. This better not delay my surgery in November.

    I also tested positive for H-pylori in my lab tests. I am taking Prev-pac which consists of 1 Prevacid pill, 2 antibiotics/amoxicillin pills and 1 Biaxin pill. Gotta take in the a.m. and p.m.
