    yes, they will but the authorization must be submitted with medical justification. Rhere has to b medically necessary. Also, in CA implants are not covered.

    My doctors office just called saying that they received all my test results back ( EKG, endoscopy, labs and chest X-ray) and are submitting everything to my ins./medical group today!
