My mini schnauzer did the same thing 8 days post op. I feel your pain.

I have 2 boxers (think they are lap dogs). I was so afraid they were going to jump on me unexpectedly.

Ouch! My springer thinks he's a lap dog so I'm always on the lookout :). My shepard- although such a sweetheart- is not a cuddle bug

My chihuahua/daschund mix jumped on me after my surgery...can u say "ouch"?

I have been very careful bc she loves to lay on my stomach, but I wasn't paying attention. Normally I have been laying with a pillow on my stomach when I am on the couch, but the time I don't have it, she picks to jump in my lap. Poor girl, she probably thinks I am ignoring her!
