Anyone Else Have This Problem?

I am two months post-op last week! I have lost 50 pounds (10 of that being pre-op.) Overall I feel fantastic and I am learning so much while on this journey. I find that the week before I start my period is when I tend to misbehave. I overeat and get sick and I am much more likely to turn to carbs and not stick to protein first. Does anyone else experience this? I know I have been hormonal, but I hate having an off week once a month!!!

  • I definitely eat more before and during my period. I just don't weigh during that time. I found I would get frustrated and itnwas all do to bloating.
