Does Lactose Intolerance Reverse

Just wondering if it will go back to normal in a few weeks or so. Was looking forward to having yogurts and cottage cheese in my soft stage.

    I used to have it so bad I would get high fevers and be violently ill.... now I might have a belly ache every once in a while but can handle it the majority of the time
