Shake Recommendations

I'm getting levied on Sept 27 and am having a hard time starting the 2 week pre-op.

Can someone recommend some shakes (powder and ready to drink)?

Thanks,

I have found that I love the EAS Myoplex Reg and Lite Ready to Drink shakes (order of favorite flavors: Choc Fudge/Cookies n Cream/Strawberry Cream/French Vanilla). I do not like the Labador Lean Body...taste like paste to me.

RTD:

Premier Protein (Club & Costco)

CytoSport 100% whey (Vitamin Shoppe)

Powders:

unjury (unjury.com)

Nectar® (Vitamin Shoppe)

Chike (chike.com)

He Chike is kind of a treat. It's is very rich & creamy, but is a bit high in calories.

I really like the Premier ready made chocolate shakes, they are much better then anything else I tried.

I've only tried a few but so far the premier shakes are the best. I only like the chocolate though. Vanilla and strawberry taste too sweet for me.
