I have had a little rash on my arms since I left the hospital. It's still there and is really itchy. My mom said its the anesthetia releasing from body??????? Anyone else have this. I've never had surgery before.

It sounds like an allergic reaction. Maybe to the pain meds?

I had the same thing 2 weeks out. Developed a rash on my chest and back. Two weeks layers it's almost gone. Weird.

Try some hydrocortisone cream. If it doesn't go away or keeps recurring see a dermatologist. I have mild psoriasis and anesthesia always triggers it to flare up where I usually don't get it, like in my armpits. Which sucks, because itching armpits and deodorant aren't exactly friendly. And there's no subtle way to itch your armpits.
