Hello everyone I was sleeved on yesterday!! I am now sitting on the losers bench. The first 24 hours were hard but because of the information I have read on the forum I kind of knew what to expect. Now one day post op I am up walking every hour doing leg exercises and breathing in the spirometer. I know that this decision was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. My doctor had to repair two hernias before he could do the procedure on yesterday. I also was able to have the spider technique which means 2 incisions: one in my belly button and the other under my breast. I am sending prayers to anyone else who had the procedure on yesterday.... Take care
