How Do You Know When You Have Eaten Enough?

A week post op and I'm not sure if I'm getting enough of what I need...was on clear liquids until today now full liquids..started this morning with protein shake around 7 it got finished around 11 in between that water...around 1 2-3 oz of cream of squash not to think not to thin..nothing to drink yet..it just doesn't seem like enough..am I on the right track?

I'm not clear on what you're saying. Are you meeting your fluid and protein goals?

I wouldn't waste time on cream soup until you're getting in your fluids and protein.

Ok so just focus on Water and protein? What is a good protein to have post op..the nector makes me ill...I did muscle milk post op with almond milk..is that good or too much?
