How To Break A Stall

I Have been on a stall for 4 weeks now... I exercise 5-6 times a week sometimes even twice a day. I try to eat as healthy as possible but still not shift on the scales. I'm 13 weeks post op.

There's the 5 day pouch test, the directions are on another post from today...I didin't know about it until today. Will use it in the future...
