It's a way to jump start ur weight loss. Two days of liquids , one day of soft foods, one day firm proteins and one day of dense proteins... It's a back to basics test to reset ur sleeve

Okay, and thanks very much i feel stupid for not knowing but i just hadn't heard of it i'll write it down for future reference, thanks alot!

this sounds scary. is this something you do after you are fully healed? was it approved by your surgeon? id be so scared to stretch or rip somethin lol

Hi!

I have done the pouch test twice.... It does help to get you back on track, eliminate carbs cravings and it helped me re-focus ... it is easy to get off track, getting back on track is the hard part!

Thanks, it's not that I'm off track, I was just trying to lose again, I've lost 30 pounds after two months of being sleeved and at a stall for the past two weeks. Did it help with a stall for u?

Yes it did help with a stall... :)
