  • your doctor probably spent over $100,000 and at least 8 years extra getting an education, learning about the human body and how to do what they do... plus doing a residency somewhere for a couple year

I followed my drs. orders to a "T" and have never had one bit of a problem. No reflex, no vomiting, etc. This has been so easy on me. And so happy w the results!

Krystal, you are right everyone is different but my Doc told me to start puree food on day three. I didn't because it iritated my tummy. I did better after my stomach started to go down. I blended my food for about two weeks after I started my puree stage. Good luck

your doctor probably spent over $100,000 and at least 8 years extra getting an education, learning about the human body and how to do what they do... plus doing a residency somewhere for a couple years.. do you really think that you know more than they do about what you should do? they have reasons for asking you to do certain things. for a question like this, i would call the doctor and ask him/her why they want you to be on liquids for 2 to 3 weeks before going to the next stage.. then ask when it would be okay for you to move on.

that said... were it me, i would follow what the doctor said to the T. that way if anything were to go wrong, it would be his/her butt on the line and not mine.. i also would be scared to progress too rapidly, because your stomach isn't even healed yet & from what i've read on here if you do anything too soon, your stomach will hurt like hell & you can get hellacious acid reflux.. if the potential pain is worth it to you, then go for it.. but telling you the truth-- i would just do what i was told to do, to avoid harm to myself & any potential complications.

I agree with the others. And if you refuse to follow your doctor's orders now, how will you be able to follow them the rest of your life? Get with the program and enjoy the results.
