Question About Water

I am trying to get myself back on track, 16months post-op. When counting my water intake, does my protein drink count as water intake? I drink Click powder mixed with water mid-morning.

Yes & congrats on your reset.

I was told by my surgeon that protein counts as water in the beginning, but later it doesn't. This was also confirmed by my NUT. I try to drink as much water as possible because it helps me not feel hunger. Congrats on getting yourself back on track! :)

I didn't know that. That's good to know. I'm 8 wks post op. I'm loving my new life and body

I'm 7 wks post-op and only lost 17 lbs, how much have you all loss at this point. Just got fitnesspal to chart meals, only problem it keeps telling me I'm not eating enough calories. We need a gastric diet app

My nutritionist told me it does count towards your Fluid intake

I'm only a week out and have lost 10lbs. What types of food are you eating, etc?
