I don't eat pork rinds like chips but I do crunch them up and use them as a replacement to flour for breading things like chicken. Tasty.

Go slow when you start on meat, especially beef. It is quite difficult to digest and is very dense. It will fill you up fast and in the beginning, we're terrible judges of how much food we can eat.

Yes. I used them as breaking with nutritional yeast but I found myself munching on them like chips so I either have to have the bag ground up from the get go or not get them.

Try pork rind and crabmeat stuffing in mushroom caps. Sprinkle some lemon and hot sauce on top after grilling.

I'm making some for the 4th.

YUMMY!!

For me they curb a crunch/salt/Fat craving that other foods don't satisfy. A few bites once a week or so saves me bingeing and gets my mind off of forbidden foods. We are in this for the long haul so I indulge once in a while. If we abstain we will likely fail ..moderation is the key!
