Six Week Checkup

I have been nervous all weekend about my six week check up. I was afraid my surgeon would be disappointed. I lose a few lbs, stall for a week then lose a few more. Well...he was happy as can be! Best of all, I am officially off ALL my meds. I was beating myself up for no reason. Even though my weight loss seems slow to me, I have lost 42% of my excess body weight since surgery on 7/18. They aim for 25-30% at 3 months out. Just thought I would share, if I can do this anyone can!
