Incisions Itch At 4 Week?

My incisions itched at two weeks and then went away so of course I thought they were healed now they're itching at four weeks and I don't understand if that is internal healing or what.... is this normal?????

    Totally normal! It takes weeks for all the different layers of skin to fully heal. I had my shoulder scoped over 6 years ago and my scars still itch sometimes.
