Amonnia Sweat

Hi, Laley when I work out espceially in the heat I notice my sweat smells like amonnia. What am I lacking in my diet?

    Carbs....it's sometimes the result of a high protein, low carb diet.

    Thanks. Who would have thought I'd actually need carbs LOL! We've had it super hot with high humidity here and the smell one day actually stung my eyes.
