Workouts For Back Fat

.. anyone have ideas on good workouts to get rid of that "bottom of the bra buldge"? I know its hard to spot reduce, but there's votes gotta be something... right? ;)

I do resistance training on my upper body regularly but I've lost everywhere on my body - even my feet!!

Planks, pushups, terry pulls, chair squats with heavy weights held out in fr t of your for balance. Google it for ideas. But I agree with the person that suggested yoga. Talk about an all over work out but total emphasis on core. Cannot wait to get back to my yoga.
