I'm finishing up my 6 month supervised weight loss required by Blue Shield of Northern California. Just curious if people have been approved right off after that or if they have been denied. If you have been denied did you then appeal and get approved? Please share your experience.

I got denied first time, approved through appeal

I was just approved Friday, the first attempt. I have SmartHealth.... BCBS of Michigan.

I was approved right away! It took 2 days from the time it was submitted.
