I Feel Good!

Cue the music:

12 days post op and everything seems to be healing and progressing on schedule. The debilitating joint pain I had prior to surgery is GONE which leads to me to believe more strongly that that the bad foods I was addicted to are poison. I'm sleeping well, my skin looks great. I'm hungry often but my Protein Shakes and things I'm supposed to be eating take care of it right away.

Part of me still doesn't believe I've had a surgery that is going to enable me to have a completely different body. But I was thinking before I got up from my nap.that I will concentrate on today because really, that's all there is.

For you peeps awaiting your surgery dates, I'm so excited for you. I hope your experience goes as smoothly as mine has so far. If your surgery center offers education, be sure and take it because for me that pre surgery experience has proven invaluable.

All the best best everyone. :)
