Frustration With Coordinator

I met one of the coordinators at my doctors seminar and have been working with her. At my appointment I found out I have another coordinator. She is so slow to return emails and forget about a phone call. Should i ask if i can have the other one back??? My questions were simple...what is the phone number to enroll in a class. She left the number off of my paperwork. I don't want to be a pain but if i email or call I hope for a response quicker than 4 days later. What would you do??? Will I need my coordinator after surgery?

Definitely! I had issues with my coordinator also. I contacted my surgeon and told him. Heck, he needed to know. I can tell you my coordinator up'd her game after that. And, my surgeon asked to be copied on all communications. Hee Hee.
