Hello and good morning to all! My name is Lori and I joined the forum yesterday. I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I am scheduled to have my lap band done on my birthday, Oct. 16 :biggrin1: I go tomorrow for my pre-surg consult and testing. I am extremely excited and just so ready to make a lifestyle change. I can't wait to be able to play with my kids more and have more stamina and energy for my busy life :clap2:

If anyone has any advice or comments for a future bander, I would appreciate it greatly!

Welcome Lori, and congratulations on your decision. A whole new adventure awaits you. Don't forget to join the October bandsters site (if there is one already and if there's not you may want to start it). Also, the search button is a useful tool.
