Wrlcome to VST. I was originally only open to the Lapband until I went to a seminar. The idea of the sleeve intrigued me. It didn't take much to realize that was the way I wanted to go. I'm almost 10 weeks postop now and am LOVING my sleeve. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made. Good luck to you as you do your research. Let us know if you have any questions.

I don't have much worry about going under won't be my 1st surgery is my 1st wls one. I know the stats so that does not bug me much . What does is the slow weight loss . I'm still unsure about do the lb drop off on there own to start with ? I have a really mest up knee so getting up and shaking my butt I can't do very well till 20/40 lb melts off.
