Aug 30 is magical date to get sleeved! What are the chances of complications? What percentage of people don't have complications? Can most people eat normal foods later? Can I ever go back to full contact sports and working out?

    Weight loss surgeries have come a LONG way. In fact, I read an article that said that they are now considered safer than having your appendix out. Don't start researching horror stories or complications. That will only increase your anxiety. Yes, you will be able to eat normal foods later, but your tastes will change and you will want to make healthier choices. And you will most certainly be able to get back to working out and contact sports. It was the BEST decision I have ever made. Good luck to you.
