Its It Funny....

How food wasn't such a problem until you start your pre-op diet. Since I started LIQUID diet , my job have had 3 pot luck dinners and 2 birthdays that were celebrating with CHOCOLATE cake ... Now my husband have gift certificate for our favorite resturant !..,,,, boy and wouldn't you know all of this iwas in week span... I still have less than a week left ......HELP..

That is that Murphy Law...LOL Stay strong the prize is in sight!! You can do it.

Just all proof that the temptation for a whole new you is kicking the butt of the temptation on chocolate cake and food you know to be bad for you! There will be foods, post op, that you want to eat ( head hunger) but your new sleeve won't want you to eat. This current temptation you are experiencing is just proof that you have what it takes to make the right choices in the future and to make to most of the tool that the sleeve is.

I think this is awesome!

And this too shall pass. Your on the right track to a whole new you....just keep on rejecting the temptations!
